Promotion of equity in relation to employment and working conditions. The company respects the principle of equity between women and men, as well as non-discrimination policies specified in Council Regulation (WE) no. 1083/2006.

Contribution to the positive development of the local community, by:

• Financing of sport clubs.

• Free of charge point of collection of electronic waste in Wtor-Steel Limited Liability Company.

Lessons conducted in primary and secondary schools for children and youth, aimed at generation of “responsible tomorrow’s adults”; this initiative will be implemented in cooperation with local primary schools and secondary schools, in order to build environmental awareness among children and youth, aimed at demonstration of the importance of recycling.

Teaching in the classroom about the Earth’s natural resources and the role of re-use and recycling nowadays, may not be sufficient. There is no better way to convince young people than to give them a real example and show how to deal with waste.
